2. Non-Returnable Items

Products that are opened, used, or partially consumed.

Goods damaged due to improper storage, mishandling, or non-compliance with recommended usage.

Bulk/clearance/discounted orders unless proven defective.
3. Return Process

Notify us in writing (email/letter) within 7 days of receipt.

Provide supporting documents/evidence.

Our team will review the claim and confirm acceptance.

Once approved, goods must be returned in original packaging (if possible).
4. Refunds & Replacements

If your claim is accepted, Aanya Enterprises may:

Replace the product (preferred option), or

Issue a refund for the defective quantity.

Refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days via the original mode of payment.
5. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error or product defect, we will bear return shipping charges.

If the return is due to reasons other than defect/mismatch, the buyer will bear shipping charges.
